Biography

Jeime Bernabé, is part of the litigation team of JJ ROCA & Asociados, a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and an active member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic, developing her professional career for more than four years.

She began her career in law, in the Judiciary of the Dominican Republic, working as a clerk, first in the Plan to Fight Judicial Default, working directly with different Judges, a project that had the purpose of eradicating default in labor, Land, Family, Civil and Commercial courts and thus enhance judicial effectiveness; and second, in the Fifth Chamber of the Civil and Commercial Chamber of the Court of First Instance of the National District.

Similarly, Jeime has extensive experience in the litigation area, specifically in Civil Procedure, Commercial Law, Enforcement Procedures, Criminal Law, Family Law, Labor Law and Alternative Conflict Resolution.

She has carried out research work on, The Assessment of the Circumstantial Evidence in Corruption Crimes Before the Fundamental Guarantees in the Dominican Republic and has continued her professional training in the area of Commercial Law and Commercial Companies and Technical and Civil Procedure.
