Ashley is a member of the ROCA Corporate Practice Group. Her professional practice has been focused on corporate practice, including processes of incorporation, dissolution, maintenance, updates and renewals of different commercial companies, as well as all types of corporate advising, including legal consultations related to real estate transactions, acquisition of commercial spaces in squares or shopping centers, distribution and franchising agreements. Similarly, she assists the firm’s clients with Dominican Visa Applications, Permits for Temporary and Permanent Residences of Foreigners and Dominican minors’ exit permits.
